The DIEFI2 team is preparing for its upcoming Review Meeting, to be held at the CenTI facilities, in Vila Nova de Famalicão-Portugal — a key milestone in assessing the project’s technical and strategic progress.
Portuguese and Turkish partners will have an opportunity to evaluate achievements against the defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and to present advances in sensor research, real-time communication modes, and secure and interoperable data infrastructures.
Particular focus will be placed on the project’s end-to-end traceability framework and its scalability across different industrial contexts.
The consortium will also openly discuss the different on-going challenges, such as preventing data manipulation and ensuring reliable real-time communication between systems.
Beyond the technical review, the meeting will strengthen collaboration among partners as the project moves into the next critical implementation phase.
Demonstrations and discussions will showcase how real-time data can be transformed into insights that improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability in food production environments.
Key outcomes and highlights from the meeting will be shared on the project’s website following the event.
